Peachtree Park has a wonderful variety of homes. You can find small 2 bedroom bungalows, new construction, elegant townhomes and a small community of gorgeous brick homes built in 2003-2005 called Darlington Commons. Peachtree Park is tucked away on the west side of Piedmont Avenue and south of Peachtree. There is a pedestrian bridge that crosses over Georgia 400 from Peachtree Park to Lenox Mall and an additional pedestrian walkway to reach the Buckhead MARTA station. A strong neighborhood organization and committed volunteers also make Peachtree Park a great place to live. The Peachtree Park Civic Association works closely with city of Atlanta zoning, transportation and code enforcement officials and the Zone 2 police to ensure the area’s livability and safety. Friends of Peachtree Park, the neighborhood’s nonprofit organization, uses creative fund-raising to support landscaping and historic preservation efforts.
